These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the pk350 platform, including all sports betting, live casino, slots, and account services available at pk350.org. Each User may hold only one (1) active pk350 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identifying information — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.
pk350 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit:
pk350 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may have their withdrawals held pending verification completion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk350 account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and deposits made — is your sole responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to pk350 support in writing prior to such activity occurring.

All financial transactions on the pk350 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk350 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits are credited to your pk350 account balance following successful confirmation from the payment provider. pk350 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 60 minutes of a confirmed transaction, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the pk350 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pk350 reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements before approving withdrawal requests above PKR 50,000.
pk350 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pk350 accepts no responsibility.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the pk350 platform. Product-specific rules for cricket betting, live casino games, slots, and sports betting are published separately in the relevant product sections of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk350 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:
pk350 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in all relevant jurisdictions and will disclose user information where required by law in connection with investigations into fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful conduct.

All content on the pk350 platform — including but not limited to the pk350 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data compilations, odds formats, and game assets — is the intellectual property of pk350 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk350 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to losses resulting from:
pk350's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their pk350 account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by pk350's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pk350 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering a pk350 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your personal data — including CNIC details, contact information, transaction history, and gaming activity — is used for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and where required by law, regulatory reporting.
pk350 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed KYC providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required for compliance obligations.

pk350 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all users. The Platform provides a suite of tools that users can activate at any time from their account dashboard:
Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration specified. During a self-exclusion period, pk350 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration and to exclude the affected user from receiving marketing communications.

pk350 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct are subject to forfeiture. Funds representing legitimate real-money deposits unaffected by the breach will be returned to the account holder following conclusion of any investigation, subject to identity verification requirements.
A User may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pk350 support. All pending bets will be settled and remaining real-money balance returned to the user's verified payment method following identity confirmation.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk350 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable gaming and commercial law. pk350 operates as a licensed gaming operator and is subject to the regulatory framework of its licensing jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account transaction, or bonus settlement, Users are required to raise a formal complaint through pk350's designated support channel — [email protected] — within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. pk350 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days.
pk350 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. Where a User remains unsatisfied following pk350's internal resolution process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the procedures established under pk350's operating licence.

pk350 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made — including changes that affect User rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or eligibility criteria — pk350 will notify registered users by email to the address held on their account at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.
Where changes are minor in nature (such as formatting corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or addition of new game-specific rules), pk350 may publish the updated Terms without advance notice. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the pk350 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
